Sean had great customer service and…

Sean had great customer service and made sure we found the right car and drove off the lot same day! Zac was of great assistance in this process getting great monthly payments and making sure all my needs were met when choosing my next car ! I will definitely be returning when considering purchasing another vehicle. This is my second purchase and it was perfect in every way !

DriveTime is great

I went to Drivetime to get a car and they were very fast and convienant in getting me in something I wanted. John Clemmons and Joshua Padilla were very helpful in helping me get approved for a car. Thank you so much. Very experienced men and very professional at what they do.

Miranda and the Chesapeake location was…

Miranda and the Chesapeake location was outstanding she saw me she allowed me to look at the car. She allowed me to do my own safety check. She reviewed every piece of document with me. She went over the three different down payments. She also makes sure I had insurance before I left she put on my plates. She let me test drive, I own my experience at your dealership she needs a promotion. I will be back with my family for more business. Thank you drive Time.

Mr Richard Miller

The salesman, Mr Miller was great. He was very informative and listened to what I wanted in the car. I also appreciate Ryan, who was the first person that greeted us when we came in. On a whole. I was very impressed with the whole car buying experience.

Drive Time Yay!

First of all, I would like to complement the front office staff. The young lady was very patient and knowledgeable. Craig was very efficient and made the process painless. I discovered an issue with the car, but I received support right away, I love my car!

Really not even a star

Really not even a star, I wanted to purchase a car at the live oak dealer ship, they said that I had a fake check stub back in 2018, today they still want a 2018 check stub from Amazon delivery driver at the time..that contractor doesn't even work their anymore so since I can't produce a check stub that far back she told me we can't do business with you..lol but soon as I hang up Toyota right up the street called me and blessed me with a 2024 brand new Camry..so thank you drivetime for not doing business with me...

Now, I am giving a 5 star because of the customer service received by way of the GM, Mr. Moreno located at the Baton Rouge location. On the negative side, I was deceived by the salesperson Mr. Shawntavis Alexander. I will not go into detail here. The good news is I was able to get it rectified via the GM Mr. Moreno, Thank you.

they put a gps in the car that they use…

they put a gps in the car that they use for inventory purposes. when you buy the car they say it is deactivated in 2 weeks yet it isn’t. i recently had to pay a total of $400 finding out to problem and have the gps removed because it was draining the battery until it died.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a car and within a week it was in the shop for major repairs. Drive Time tampered with the timing causing engine troubles. Do Not Buy From Here.

We had a great experience

We had a great experience. It was EXACTLY what was promoted. We walked in for our appointment. We were greeted with Friendly associates. We viewed the vehicle we shown interest in online, and another while there. The sales man was NOT pushy, he gave us space, did not push for higher ticketed items or other vehicles. He listened to what we wanted, liked, and looking to spend. He made the process the simplest car shopping I have EVER done! We will definitely return when the time comes again. I recommend to EVERYONE!

I had the worst 2 days before my…

I had the worst 2 days before my purchase and going to drive time was the best decision. Frank was amazing and so was the general manager (sorry I can’t remember the name). Very knowledgeable, friendly and open for the million questions I had! I’m so pleased with my new vehicle…a little skeptical at first, however they made me feel right at home, not taken advantage of and confident in my purchase! Thanks guys, you really helped!

Sorry service

I purchased a Two thousand twenty kia rio and did not receive a key fob With the vehicle, I cannot set the alarm on my car.They offered me no assistance.In fact they told me.I would have to purchase one on my own.I feel that is absolutely ridiculousince I cannot set my alarm without a key fob I feel that that is poor customer service and even poor customer relations.I wouldn't ever go there again.I wouldn't advise you to.
